- Returns and refunds available within 7 days of receiving the delivery , if packed and unused (not applicable on customied order )
- Contact us for refunds or replacements by email or call .
- Faulty or inaccurate products are requested to inform company and not to use them to claim replaced or refunded.
- returning a Order due to change of mind , we'll deduct collection charge 30% or AED 50 (product should not be used in original packaging )
- We're not responsible for unmentioned product uses or return reason
